Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What are 'Extras'? Do I have to pay extra for them?
A. 'Extras' are items that aren't actually attached to the tree or wreath but which come along with it if you win that item. All extras are included in the final bid; you don't have to pay any extra for them!

Q: How do I get a bidder number?
A: Just email us with your phone number and a convenient time to call!

Q: Why don't all the trees and wreaths have photos? And there's information missing!
A: Some photos won't be available until Markt Week starting November 4th, 2009, when our volunteers set up the beautiful trees they've planned. We'll post photos as they're available, along with updated information as we receive it. We'll also take more photos when the trees are set up onsite at our event site, Receptions of Loveland. So check back often to see our updates, and plan to view the trees in person between November 4th-6th if you like!

Q: Can I come see my tree or wreath in person before I bid? Or before I increase my bid?
A: Yes! Starting Wednesday, November 4th, you can come to Receptions of Loveland and see the trees -- and even bid on site! The hours the trees and wreaths will be available for bidding are:
  • Wednesday November 4th noon - 6pm
  • Thursday November 5th 9am - 8pm
  • Friday November 6th 9am - 3pm
There is no charge for entry during this period. All trees and wreaths will be fully set up and decorated by 6pm Thursday November 5th, so Thursday evening or anytime Friday will be the best chance to see all trees fully decorated. And you can always plan to attend Gala or Markt and see the trees while you attend the big events!
